Call Log says Fax Received but where is it in RingCentral?

I am not using any app or cell phone (nor do I want to). I just want a fax that was to to me off of my RC portal.

You want to go to My Extension in your RIngCentral portal. If you are NOT an administrator, the My Extension will be the default choice. Then click on Messages in the Main Menu and finally Inbox on the lower left menu. You received faxes will be located in that area. (See my attached screen shot)

I forgot to mention...once you find your received fax in the aforementioned location, you can then delete it.
