I keep getting this error every time I try to make a phone call or text from the browser with 1-click. Then it says it is due to internal error. I am able to maybe get 1 phone call in until it locks for 60 seconds at a time and sometimes even more.
"Request Limit Exceeded. App will resume in 60 seconds." Error - Wont allow me to make call or text.

I reached out to our product manager for integrations and he looped in an engineer, and they agreed it was best to open a case, they are not familiar with this error. It is not wide spread, so support will need har files.
