Is there a fix to the problem of webcams shutting off for Mac users during RC meetings?

I know that recently Apple sent out that silent update to fix the webcam security blog. It hit my computer during the weekend. I have pent hours online trying to look for a fix but I couldn't. So my question is, if there is any fix out that works for us Mac users affected by this? It sucks not being able to participate in meetings anymore without my camera.

Hi Daniel,

There was a vulnerability with webcams on Macs, but that has been resolved. For updates regarding that process, check out this article

You can turn your camera back on via meetings settings/preferences under video.
