Were a U.K. small business with 10 users, our main number rings within set working hours. We occasionally have a team meeting where everyone is involved and we cant answer the phone so would like to be able to engage the voicemail for our phone system and set a specific Pre-recorded message.
The meetings are ad-hoc and not always at the same time, so we cant resolve by diverting to answerphone at a specific time.
Is there some hardware, (a physical button?) that could be programmed to divert to an answer phone message when pressed and then restore the phone system to normal operating when pressed again?
