Conference calling~when calling the second call, I need the phone number of the first call to show up on caller ID.  Is this possible?

Hi Darla,

Caller ID of the first call will only maintain if you blind transfer the call, not conference call.

We have used Hubspot integration with other VOIP providers and their systems captured all incoming calls to Hubspot. Unfortunately, right now Ring Central uses a browser widget to capture calls and it will only capture ones where the user is a Hubspot user and linked with Ring Central. This is not good for us because we want to capture all of the inbound and outbound calls and not all of the people who answer the phones have a Hubspot license to sync with. Hope Ring Central makes it where all inbound and oubtound calls made through Ring Central are logged to Hubspot, regardless of user.
