https://glip.com/pricing clearly says "No time limit. No credit card needed. Get Glip absolutely free!", however, on two occasions now, I've run into issues where support/account reps have said, flat out, that that is incorrect. Unfortunately, in both instances, the way we found out about the issues was that users mysteriously found themselves unable to log on. Amusingly, the first time I encountered it, I had just received a "Happy 6-Month Appiversary!" e-mail from Ring Central the day before.
Am I unique in this experience, or have others encountered it too?
