Auto-receptionist default omits actual company name, uses generic "my company"

Auto-receptionist default company greeting says 'my company name' instead of our actual company name. What am I doing wrong? The correct name is set up in the company profile section

Log in as an admin or super admin.

Go to the phone system (top left)
Group(s)   ---- click on the group
Call Queue Details ---- Does this have your company name here? Try changing this information & click save.

In Phone System/Groups I see "Call Queues" which is empty ("There are no Call Queues added to the account for now."). I do not have a menu "call queue details"

Do you have any groups listed in the call queues?

Click on the group that you have listed.
You will see another drop down to the right for Call Queue Details
Enter the company name in the Group Name field

There is an option to the right of the extension field, Record Group Name.
After the Group name has been filled out, I believe you can choose to convert text to audio by clicking on the Edit button. "Ringcentral text-to-speach"

I did call the main number and the announcement included the correct company name.... So I guess the preview in the RC admin portal isn't what gets played.
