FileSharing options on RingCentral "R" Logo

can filesharing be restricted to one person only?


on integrations administration > file sharing >manage > tick upload from computer/ mobile = It will enable all users to do this .


is there a such only specific users can do this?

It will be disabled for company wide, if the feature disabled in Administration
