So I had a ring central that canceled in November 2018. I wanted to get my old number/account back. I chatted with an agent online and when I gave him the number, he couldnt find it in the database. I gave him my email address, and he found the number and advised I needed to get a new account created. I create a new account using the same email address as the previous account. I call back support and they cant find the number anywhere. I suggest a port, and he said according to the port they still have the number and are not able to complete the port, but yet my number doesnt show up in the database. Any suggestions???
