Working via the app

I'm working from home via the mobile app. Is there a way to get all the calls forwarded to me without having the person dial my extension?

Hello Christina,

Do you mean all calls from the main number?

Yes the main number. So when someone calls the main number it gets directed to my app (on mobile)

We can have that setup, but it will be for both Desktop App and Mobile App.

So its not a feature i can turn on when i log into the website to look at my settings. we would have to call in and have the RC company change it?

You may set it up on the online portal. First, check the Auto-Receptionist if it is directed to an extension. If it is, you have to go to settings of that specific extension to make the changes. Go to Call Handling & Forwarding and enable Desktop & Mobile App.

Where would I find the Auto-Receptionist details?
