Is there a way to monitor Glip messages? I know its no longer called Glip but thats what it is to us.
Also, I am an Admin on InContact but am unsure if I am on Glip, how can I check this?

You can access Glip using your RingCentral Office credentials. The access to Glip is controlled by RingCentral Office roles and permission, not RingCentral Contact Centre.
