Our CEO often has meetings back to back, that he has set up. If his 11:00 runs a bit over, then the 12:00 meeting attendees get a saying that the host is on another meeting. When he sets up the meeting, he checks the box allowing them to join before the host, so why are they getting that message? Can't they at least enter a waiting room and wait for him to end the other meeting? He can't be the only person that needs to schedule back to back meetings and then have one run late. Is there a fix for this?
