super admin?

Hello.
The day before yesterday I asked you a question about 'employee access log'
You told me to log in as super admin.
But we logged in from the super admin to the general manager, but we can't.
What should I do?

Just to clarify with your issue, are you not able to access your user's call logs?

Yes, I have an administrator account but I can't access it.
All other administrators, including the CEO, are also inaccessible.
