Do not have direct dial number use phone que

I have a call queue that all in the office are part of. I need to be able to have a direct number ring on only that phone. How do I do that?

I would like the phone to ring on the mobile not the desktop.

The system is designed to ring both the desktop and mobile app at the same time since it has the same function. Mobile acts as an extension of the desktop.
