I am looking Ring Central User Account API

I am looking to create Users or CRUD operations on Users in Ring Central API. When i look into API, i am able to get only Account info. Is there any API's for Create/Update/Delete Users(or)Accounts for Ring Central.

Currently, the RingCentral API does not expose any account/user/extension CRUD operations via the Connect Platform API.

Is there any particular use case you're attempting to solve?
