Maintenance Notice August 23, 2016

Overview


RingCentral is performing maintenance on the Sandbox Environment to investigate operations of notifications for the message-store and presence event filters. From August 23, 2016 6pm to August 24, 2016 6am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), message-store and presence notifications from sandbox environment accounts will be unavailable.


Details


To improve the quality of our test development services are engineering team is investigating the Sandbox Environment notifications configuration with the goal of improving service.


Services Impacted


  • Sandbox environment notifications for message-store events
  • Sandbox environment notifications for presence events


What is NOT Affected

  • Production environment services
  • Sandbox environment services other than notifications for message-store and presence events
