making call via WebRTC

Hi all,

I am testing my browser based sandbox environment app, where I have configured the making call function via WebRTC javascript SDK.

But the only number that I can reach now, it my own app's one.

My question is:

Will my application (integrated to the CRM) be able to dial USA/Canada landline numbers once it will have been in Production Environment?

Yes, Using WebRTC you could make calls to USA/Canada numbers. You should be able to make calls using SandBox as well.

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Download RingCentral Phone for Desktop:

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:

  • On MacOS: press "fn + command + f2" keys
