RingCentral for Google Compatibility with Terminal Servers

We run a Citrix Environment and our users user the RingCentral fro Google extension. There are compatibility issues between the two however. User get error messages and can't call out from the extension and other users will see anywhere from 1-10 active calls after all calls are disconnected and these impedes their ability to use other functions on the extension.

This is an issue which will need to be resolved by creating a customer support case.

This appears to be two separate issues, but will require further investigation to confirm my assumptions:

1. An issue with active calls in the RingCentral for Google extension and possible incompatibility issues with your Citrix system.
2. An issue with expected versus actual active calls (either being displayed in the extension or being provided by the API).

Could you please create a customer support case, and reference the URI for this developer community post?
