Does the API provide a callout voice menu (automated attendant)?

Use Case: Appointment reminder. "Press 1 if accepting, Press 2 if Cancel",... that sort of thing.

As far as I can tell, there is no such thing via API.

Is there a similar thing that you can configure manually in admin console?
