RingCentral Recordings not attaching to some tickets in Zendesk
We have RingCentral integrated with Zendesk. We have call recording turned on in RingCentral for incoming calls to our Support queues. Typically, the call recordings attach to tickets in Zendesk, but have found in the past week, that only some recordings attach to tickets. See below for a few examples - there are no recordings in the ticket. What could be the issue here?
