ThousandEyes Monitoring for sip.ringcentral.com & api.ringcentral.com
Has anyone setup monitoring of
api.ringcentral.com using ThousandEyes?We are testing their product to capture call quality and connectivity, but getting no return data. This could possibly be resolved by whitelisting our external ip addresses. I opened at Ring Central ticket, and they directed me here to ask this question.
I was able to get this working by using port 5090 for
sip.ringcentral.com rather than 5060. Also I setup firewall rules allowing return traffic from the Thousand Eyes cloud monitoring agents for
