Sandbox account is not being activate

I can't activate by sandbox account.

when i click the link from Email to activate sandbox account getting below message.  

Please help me out as quick as possible.|

I ran into this issue yesterday too. Dev support told me it is a bug and they are working to fix it. They said I should hear back in 48 hours.

Today I was able to use the link in the original activation email and was able to activate my sandbox account so it looks like they fixed it.
