FEATURE SUGGESTION - Notes feature

PLEASE add a note feature so that the user has the ability to write a note next to a call in the log, a voicemail, a fax, a text message so that when the user is going through all of their calls, voicemails, faxes, texts, they can notate right in the system a note pertaining to the call (what client it deals with, etc.). Otherwise, it is impossible to keep this stuff straight and find relevant information when running a business.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Thanks for your suggestions. However, based on the data retention policy, RingCentral does not keep account/user call log forever.

You can sync the call log to your own database and add such a note and provide an interface your your own users to search and process the data the way you want to.
