Call alerting

We use a call queue for inbound customer support requests. We'd like to have some kind of visual alert such as a light that goes on (or blinks) when there is an inbound call to this queue. We'd mount the light on the wall so we could see it across the office. Perhaps similar to what the hearing impaired use when they get a phone call. Is there a way for us to integrate some kind of light (ambient orb, rasberry pi, IOT IFTTT, etc) with a call queue using the RingCentral API or SDK?

Check out Busylight app and their SDK to build such an app.
