We are having a problem with the quality of sound for the host during meetings. It's garbled or very poor. Sometime we can fix it by having the host leave and then come back into the meeting. Any suggestions for fixing this problem?

Hello Sasaki, quality issues are normally affected because of the network connection. For us to identify the issue, try assigning a different user as a host and see if it's still the same.
Is the sound quality in the free version of Ringcentral Video worse as in the paid one ? It maybe true, also if the servers are not the same for free and paid version. Has anybody some experiences with the settings of sound quality ?
There should be no difference at all, Robert. If you are experiencing a sound quality issue, please submit a ticket to the Technical Support Team.
