Call settings not live

I just set up my new RC account yesterday and have been playing around with the call settings. None of the call settings I've configured seem to be live, and yes I saved everything. When I make a call to test the settings, they don't seem to have been applied. Does it take a few days? Any recommendations?

Hello @Vince Oliver, the moment you have your account active it should be good to go. If the call settings are not right, I would highly suggest opening a case HERE. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
