Project Opportunity

Hello Developer Community! We have a project opportunity here for anyone with some decent experience and time. Customer utilizes RingCentral & SalesForce. Customer would like intelligent call routing in place ie; Known customer goes to assigned case manager instead of queue they are calling, for example. They would like to have this done in two phases. First phase would allow this call routing to be done without Salesforce as that is still being deployed for them. 2nd phase we would query Salesforce for known customer data. We have a simple call flow they provided of what they'd like which helps explain better. Another part of the project is Auto SMS. Customer would like to be able to SMS all customers calling in after the call ends with an included image. Auto SMS if missed call, after hours etc. Different message for each scenario.
