My call centers' numbers are labeled as "Scam Likely"

When my agents make calls to customers, the customers don't pick up because they are telling us that the numbers are labeled "Scam Likely". Is there a resolution for this?

It depends on what scam detection service your customer is using. The number might be flagged by a customer earlier.

I recommend you to contact the customer and ask them to check with the service they use to "unflag" it.
