Voicemail PIN

We just added a new local phone number and a new Cisco 8861 desk phone. I need to configure a PIN for the voicemail. But I'm not seeing that option when I go to Admin Portal > Users > User List > Users with Extensions. I'm Admin on the account. How to get it done? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Working for inbound and outbound calls. Red light on the handset, showing a voicemail. And has a green check in the Ring Central system. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

You need to know on what extension is the phone currently assigned. Once you're in Users with Extensions, click or select the extension number. Click this KB Article for the continued steps.
