How do users in my company use my app?

I've set up a small RingOut app for sending out calls, which works great for the main extension. I'd like other Users connected to my phone system to also use the app to send out their calls. These users all belong to my company, so I don't need to externally log them in. What's the best way of granting them access?

The best and easiest is to put the feature in your company intranet so other non-employees cannot login to use it. If your company does not have an intranet, then you can use a password to control access to the feature e.g. provide a passcode etc.
