Glip Devtest unreachable

I am trying to login to https://glip-app.devtest.ringcentral.com/ after I enter my login information I get redirected to https://glip.devtest.ringcentral.com/api/no-auth/rc-signon?code=<mycode>&state=x%2Frc

I have replaced the actual code with <mycode> in the second link, once I get to that page I receive an error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I have tried accessing the Glip devtest sandbox on several different devices and networks and the above error always occurs.

It started working again early Saturday PST. Seems like there was a network issue or maintenance going to the sandbox.
