Add a Meeting Room to an already existing RingCentral meeting?

Before purchasing the license for a RingCentral Meeting Room I'd like to be sure that it works the way I'm hoping.

Can we still create a meeting with a user as the host, and then add the room to the meeting - effectively giving the Rooms app the ability to start the meeting on behalf of the host?

I haven't tried, but it seems you need Office 365 calendars on the RingCentral Online account . Please check this reference once: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8836.html
