Will there be any integration between Glip and Intelligent Office (iO)?

We currently use Intelligent Office and have our RingCentral recorded calls automatically saved against client entries.
We are considering using Glip for internal conversations in place of emails and in some cases would need to link the Glip messages to clients within Intelligent Office.
Is there any way to do this currently? If not, when is this likely to be available? Is there a workaround we could use presently, such as exporting the messages to a Word document and then uploading this to Intelligent Office?

I am not aware of such an integration currently. I think that your question would be better asked in the RingCentral customer community where other users may have the same need and they would share their ideas.

For exporting Glip messages, we have the Glip compliance export APIs. I think you can use it to export and convert to a Word document for your purpose.
