High Volume SMS Inbound and optout not working - Prod

Hi,


Need your help to check why inbound messages are not available from message list. Only Outbound status are displayed (no filter for direction). Also, when I tried to respond to the text message with "stop" and send another batch sms request, the API still sends the message. It looks like the responses did not went through at all. Can you please help.

I did not find any A2P SMS number under your production account. Am I missing something? You can Glip me or email me to discuss more.
