RingCentral for Salesforce - error

I was going to make an outbound call but got this error message - A maximum of 5 web phones could be registered.


What does this mean and how do we fix it?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.
