Hi fellow RC users/admins:
Does anyone get any actual benefit in the Provisioning integration with Okta or any other directory integration? We're exploring this setup now, without the ability to designate an extension or Role, apply a Template or create a non-phone-numbered user, is it even worth the effort? We're still going to have to manually configure every user.
Am I missing the silver lining somewhere? Does it bring anything useful to the table?
