New accounts not receiving invite emails

Hi,

I create 2 new accounts on dev test service. None of them received the invitation emails to activate the accounts. Nothing in spam filters, nothing in email logs. Tried the "resend invite" button many times, popup says "A new welcome email has been sent" but no email is ever received.
