"Auto Log Call" setting in Dynamics-RingCentral integration

Can you please make "Auto Log Call" in the Dynamics/RingCentral integration a saved user setting rather than a temporary browser setting? Our users often find this feature is turned back on after they have turned it off (ie/ after clearing browser data). It would also be beneficial/more efficient to allow administrators to change this setting per user, rather than only allowing the user to set it.

Also, why isn't "RingCentral for Dynamics 365" an option in your "Related Categories" for submitting a request? Only Salesforce, Zendesk, Google & Archiver
