** Billing: payment not being processed on "Next billing date"

Our Engineers are currently investigating reports of not being billed on "Next billing date".

Some customers may be receiving emails directing them to pay their bills and
may also be seeing the "Pay Now" popup when logging into service web.  

In order to avoid service interruption, please make a manual payments via the "Pay Now"
option when logging into service web.
