I have a team of 5 outside sales reps. when they sell or need to disposition an appointment I want them to be able to notify the respective teams. Example...all sales go to the install team and all other dispositions go to the dispatch team. I first set this up by including all the sales reps into each of those teams. this did not work out because the sales reps can see each others sales/no sale information. So I removed each sales rep from the teams and tried having them @mention the respective teams but that doesn't seem to work. Is there a way for a person that is not a member of a team to send a message to that team?
