There are two work-arounds at this time.
1. Change the provisioning server type from "https" to "http" and allow the phone to provision.
2. Update the firm ware by the following steps.
Use the assisted provisioning tool in service web as normal.
Log into the web GUI of the phone
Utilities > SoftwareUpgrade:
Check for updates:
Select 220.127.116.111 then install
When the phone is done rebooting 2-3 times as part of theupgrade continue with setting the provisioning string and DHCP options asnormal for the assisted provisioning process.
