We have received reports that some major ISPs are experiencing technical difficulties that could result in our customers experiencing poor call quality.

Please check http://downdetector.com/ to see if your provider is currently experiencing issues.

If your provider is, please open up a case and include the Parent Case Number 06403363 in your Notes.

Update 11/7/17: The issue is resolved!
