Our engineering team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

If you are affected, please open a support case and copy and paste the following Parent Case info into the title of the case. 

Parent Case 05277331,   INC-18413.

200+ people in the call center is unable to connect to RIngCentral. Nobody can log into RingCentral for Windows.

The Ringcentral for Gmail is not loading, it says that there is an error encountered during initial loading, and it keep trying to load but it doesn ́t do it.

Update: 8:00am MST - RingCentral customers may be unable to connect to RingCentral Meetings, RingCentral mobile and RingCentral desktop applications. Customers who are currently logged in may not experience any issues, but those who log out and attempt to log back in, or those who weren't logged in to begin with, will be unable to access the applications. RingCentral Operations teams have determined that UK customers are not impacted. RingCentral Operations teams are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue, and will provide an update as soon as possible.

I do not understand why RingCentral never has an accurate service status. When I enter my information (or anyone on our team), the status health for inbound/outbound calls, desk phones, etc. all show green. The only element showing an issue is service.ringcentral.com. That is SERIOUSLY misleading. ALL operations are down for ALL RingCentral systems. The fact there is still no ETA and the issue has been going on for over an hour is not reasonable support.

We are not even able to open a case to Paste the Parent Case Info into the header or description -  our HUD users are all disabled  with a Credential Invalid notification --- Parent Case 05277331,   INC-18413.

We have been experiencing issues since EARLY this morning - prior to 6AM EST and just now are seeing any response from RingCentral .

Some backup system needs to be developed.  This is the THIRD occurrence in less than 6 months.

I agree that some other sort of backup system needs to be implemented.  This is also affecting Presence as we have no way of determining who is on DND since we can only rely on the desk phone's BLF.  Furthermore, the only other way to change your Presence (not including the desk phone) is on the website portal, and you cannot see anybody else's Presence status there either.  Having to rely only on the phones like this, when a call comes in we have no way of determining who's already on a call, or who's on DND.

Unable to open a case, can't reach anyone, have no ETA - all one week before Christmas at the height of my season!  This is having a devastating impact.  What will Ring Central do to compensate me?  This has happened too to many times recently!!  Unaceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
