Yes. 

When I use the application, it opens two windows, one of which only displays names and it makes it very confusing to find things such as the Mute button or other Ring Central buttons. This becomes especially difficult on a mac when you're using multiple desktop spaces.

I understand there are keyboard shortcuts for these actions, but you can't always expect all users to know those by heart. 

Lastly, In terms of usage of the application, If I can only be in one chat at a time with ring central...why does ring central need an entire second window?
