200 message inbox limitation

We heavily use both SMS and fax features over calls for our transactions and we just found out from our contacts that they were getting an error message that documents being faxed over failed or the recipients inbox is already full. According to RC tech support there is system delay in deleting old message to allow new ones to come in, once the 200 inbox limit is reached. And that the only current work-around, which will be very inconvenient, is to individually log in to each account to manually delete old messages to free up space.

For business plans, is there a way to set unlimited storage? This will avoid any interruption in our service, inconvenience on our end as well as for our customers, and will allow us to back track and review communications on old transactions.

To add to this idea, I think a nice option would be in the message notification section to have a checkbox to forward message with attachment and then delete from RingCentral system.  I have worked with other products that do this.  Many people these days have no interest in maintaining voicemails in any fashion, be it via telephone, web page or desktop/mobile app.  Getting an email with attachment they can listen to is all they want (and many not even that).

Thank you for the feature request! Currently there is no way to increase this limit.

Everyone, if you would like to see this feature happen, please vote!

This is an extreme limitation.  Why is there no way to increase this limit?  It seems like a very arbitrary limit.

We get over 200 faxes a day at times. This limitation broke our system and incoming faxes were being rejected. What a mess. Lift this limit and resolve the issue of "Unread" messages (even though they were forwarded to an email) are not automatically deleted. Come on, guys!

Absolutely needed to be fixed. Our message automation is failing saying "Message Failed" for some reason - likely because of the 200 message limit. This doesn't make any sense. Pl lift this restriction
