We have received reports of phones losing registration and dead air on calls. Our engineers are look into this and working to resolve as soon as possible.

If you open a support case for this issue, please copy and paste the following into the case notes and/or title of the case: Parent case: 05606109 INC-18883



If possible please include a copy of a tracroute to sip.ringcentral.com
