We have customers reporting issues with logging into their online portal and phones having connectivity problems. We are currently looking into this. Please follow this thread to receive updates.

As of now, please create a case and include HAR Logs (if you cannot log into your online portal).

how long are you expecting to be down.  Phones do not work as well
it seems that they are bringing the service back on line right now.

Our phones are also down. I can log into the online portal though...
my phone works...it seems like they are bringing it back online right now.

Yes How long will this be an issue? It wont let you log in and states server issue. Hope this gets up and running soon because I am unable to do my work!

We are in MA and are getting server errors when trying to log in to desktop RC app. Can log into online portal ok but obviously can't use phones.

Service out in Upstate NY.  Cannot log into RC for Mac, or on the web.

The upside is the advance warning system worked as intended, The issue was confirmed by RingCentral right around the time my user's started putting internal tickets in.

Will It's a new feature still being rolled out. It's not yet available to all customers but you can check with your account manager to see if your account qualifies.

I can't log in to create a ticket.  Can't log into any RingCentral applications.  Not sure what is meant by opening a ticket when it requires I log in and RingCentral's server has lost my credentials.

Our phones are working (TN), but our Reports can't be accessed and our Roles have disappeared (so our users can't get to things that we had customized for them online).

I'm in Seattle, WA with no service. I don't know how much location matters, but I can't do anything right now! And I can't log in to create a case. Please let us know what your ETA for a fix is.

Softphone, server error.
Online portal, getting Gateway timeout error.
On trying to login using email, error : "Sorry, we don't recognize your email address".

A number of our users are experiencing issues logging into RingCentral. I am not able to open a case with support because of the login issue.This appears to be similar to an issue we had a few weeks ago.

Users in our Chicago and Florida offices are experiencing issues. If they are logged into RingCentral for Desktop, a message of "Calling unavailable" is shown. If they log out and attempt to log back in they receive the error of "Login failed Server error occurred. Please try again later."

All of my users are on version 9.4.3 of RC for Desktop.

I can't even forward the line to my cell phone - it's just going to voicemail - anyone have success forwarding to a number outside ringcentral so you can still get calls?

We have an auto rule to forward our calls to a call center starting at 8:00 am.  That is working, must have been in place before the problem occurred.  My Android app RC Phone is still working also.  Just can't log into accounts on line.

Just don't log out and your service works as normal!
