6/29/2018 - Reports of Users Unable to Login into RingCentral Applications (resolved)

We have received reports that some customers are having difficulty logging into RingCentral Meetings and Desktop apps.  We are investigating this matter.  If you are experiencing this issue please open a support case and include a tracerout.  In your case notes please copy and paste  “Related to Parent Case: 07358625”
