Since installing the latest update, 8.3.6, several of our desktop apps have been crashing.  I called support and they were not able to resolve the issue (case # 05472560).  I received an email from a support tech named Rachel Lenderink instructing me to rollback to version 8.2.1.  I have done that.  What concerns me is what happens on 02/28.  I can't use the latest update because of crashing and the version that is working now will be discontinued.  Am I going to lose all communication capabilities?
Ringcentral has closed my case but I will be calling again to open new one.

Official Response
UPDATE

Certain users (on versions 8.0.x and below) have older graphic cards on their machines
and are incompatible with the latest version of desktop app. Thus, some of the
users in these groups cannot upgrade to latest version of the app. When they
attempt to do so, the desktop app will crash.  We will have an older
version still available for use by these customers.

For users unable to use 8.3.6 or above here are the download links for 8.0.6
