1:45 pm MT:  A portion of RingCentral customers are currently unable to make outbound calls, and others have reported a loss of phone registrations. All other services are not affected at this time.

To see if your account may be affected, go to the Service Status site.

2:20 pm MT:  We are getting reports that phones are coming back online. If you have any phones that are not working, please reboot those phones.

8/8/17  2:45pm MT - We've been notified that this issue has now been resolved. 


You should now be able to make inbound and outbound calls again.  Affected phones should also now be able to register again.  You may have to re-boot phones that have not come back on their own in order to have them re-register.
